Wilson began his banking career with Mercantil Banco Universal Venezuela in 1977, transferring to the U.S. in 1982 to open its Miami Agency. He guided Mercantil Commercebank, N.A. as President and Chief Operating Officer from 1987 through 2004, and was Global Chief Risk Officer of Mercantil Servicios Financieros and Mercantil Commercebank, N.A. during the period 2004 – 2008. Wilson is a graduate of Harvard University's Management Development Program and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Administrative Studies from the University of Bradford, England.

Anthony Perea – President, Chief Executive Officer, Director and Member of the Executive Committee of Mercantil Commercebank Trust Company, N.A. (Mercantil CTC), and Director of Mercantil Bank & Trust, Ltd - Cayman. Prior to joining Mercantil Commercebank Trust Company, N.A. (Mercantil CTC), Mr. Perea held senior positions in the areas of fiduciary operations and wealth management for a variety of highly regarded banking institutions, including Dresdner Bank Lateinamerika, A.G; the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, Ltd; and Banco do Estado de São Paulo (BANESPA). He is a Registered Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) in London. From 2002 to 2004, he served as a Commissioner with the "City of El Portal", Florida. He currently serves on various fiduciary and advisory committees with the City of Coral Gables as well as other non-profit organizations. He obtained his bachelors degree in Economics and Business Administration from Interamerican University.

Gustavo Marturet Medina – Director of Mercantil Commercebank Trust Company, N.A. (Mercantil CTC), Executive Vice President, Private Banking and Assets Under Management, Manager of Mercantil Commercebank, N.A., Director of Mercantil Bank and Trust Limited (Cayman) and Director of Mercantil Commercebank Investment Services, Inc. (Mercantil CIS), the Bank’s broker dealer and investment advisor subsidiary. For seven years he served as President and CEO of Mercantil Investment Services, Inc. (Mercantil CIS). Member of the Executive Committee of Mercantil Commercebank Trust Company, N.A. (Mercantil CTC) and Mercantil Commercebank Investment Services, Inc. (Mercantil CIS). Prior to joining Mercantil Commercebank Mr. Marturet was for 6 years, part of the Asset Allocation team at Verizon Investment Management (“VIMCO”) and a portfolio manager for the pension fund’s emerging markets equity portfolio. Before joining VIMCO, Mr. Marturet worked at Bankers Trust in New York as an origination officer covering Mexico and the Andean Caribbean Region. In 1987 and for three years, he worked for Mercantil Merinvest S.C, Mercantil’s Venezuelan based brokerage and investment advisory operations. Norma Dueñas – Director of Mercantil Commercebank Trust Company, N.A. She has earned a Master’s Degree in Finance from the Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas, Venezuela and an Economics Degree from the University of Florida, Gainsville, Florida, USA.
