Millar Wilson – Chairman and Director of Mercantil Commercebank Trust Company, N.A., President & CEO of Mercantil Commercebank Florida Bancorp, Inc., Mercantil Commercebank Holding Corporation, Mercantil Commercebank, N.A., and Mercantil Commercebank Investment Services, Inc. In addition, he serves as Mercantil Banco Universal, and Mercantil Servicios Financieros Global International Operations Manager. Wilson has fiduciary responsibility for Mercantil Bank & Trust, Ltd – (Cayman), Mercantil Bank (Curacao) N.V., Mercantil Bank (Panama), S.A. and Mercantil Bank (Schweiz) AG. Wilson began his banking career with Mercantil Banco Universal Venezuela in 1977, transferring to the U.S. in 1982 to open its Miami Agency. He guided Mercantil Commercebank, N.A. as President and Chief Operating Officer from 1987 through 2004, and was Global Chief Risk Officer of Mercantil Servicios Financieros and Mercantil Commercebank, N.A. during the period 2004 – 2008. Wilson is a graduate of Harvard University's Management Development Program and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Administrative Studies from the University of Bradford, England.

Pedro R. Parra –President, Chief Executive Officer, Director and Member of the Executive Committee of Mercantil Commercebank Trust Company, N.A. (Mercantil CTC), Director and Trust Manager of Mercantil Bank and Trust Limited (Cayman). Prior to his current position, Mr. Parra was the Vice President and Trust Services Manager of Mercantil CTC. He has also been a Trust Officer since the Bank's inception. Mr. Parra earned his law degree from Universidad Santa Maria in Caracas, Venezuela, and completed the requirements for the American Bankers Association National Trust School affiliated with Northwestern University in Illinois. He is a Registered Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) in London, and has a Diploma in International Trust Management from STEP.

Roberto Isasi – Director and Member of the Executive Committee. Executive Vice President, Private Banking and Wealth Management Manager of Mercantil Commercebank, N.A. Director, President and Chief Executive Officer and member of the Executive Committee of Mercantil Commercebank Investment Services, Inc., the Group's U.S. broker dealer and investment advisor subsidiary. Within the last 16 years, Mr. Isasi has held various senior positions with the Mercantil Group in Venezuela and the U.S. Mr. Isasi is a Certified Financial Planner and a Chartered Financial Analyst. He holds a Master's Degree in Business from the Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Administracion (IESA) and a Mechanical Engineering Degree from Universidad Simon Bolivar in Venezuela.

Rosa M. Costantino –Director of Mercantil Commercebank Trust Company, N.A. (Mercantil CTC); Global Personal Banking and Assets Under Management Manager of Mercantil Servicios Financieros Director of Mercantil Commercebank Investments Services, Inc. (Mercantil CIS), Banco del Centro (Panama), and TODO 1 Mercantil Venezuela, C.A. Member of the Executive Committees of Mercantil Servicios Financieros, Mercantil Banco Universal, and Mercantil Commercebank, N.A. Costantino began her career with Mercantil in 1979. She holds a Degree in Economics from the Universidad Central de Venezuela.

Alberto Peraza –Treasurer and Director of Mercantil Commercebank Trust Company, N.A. (Mercantil CTC), Treasurer of Mercantil Commercebank Holding Corporation and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Mercantil Commercebank, N.A. and Director of Mercantil Commercebank Investment Services, Inc. (Mercantil CIS), Mr. Peraza joined Mercantil Commercebank, N.A. in 1992, coming from Southeast Bank, N.A., where he began his career in finance administration in 1980. He holds a Degree in Accounting from Florida International University.

Ermengarda Palumbo –Director of Mercantil Commercebank Trust Company, N.A. (Mercantil CTC), Senior Vice President, Private Banking Manager of Mercantil Commercebank, N.A., Director of Mercantil Commercebank Investment Services, Inc. (Mercantil CIS), the Bank’s broker dealer and investment advisor subsidiary. Mrs. Palumbo joined the Mercantil Group in 1985 in Venezuela, she subsequently moved to the U.S. where she has held different senior positions at Mercantil Commercebank, N.A. Ermen holds a Bachelor’s degree in linguistics from University of California Los Angeles, UCLA and a Series 7 license.

Norma Dueñas – Director of Mercantil Commercebank Trust Company, N.A. (Mercantil CTC); Executive Vice President, Personal Banking Manager of Mercantil Commercebank, N.A., and Director of Mercantil Commercebank Investment Services, Inc. (Mercantil CIS). Ms. Dueñas joined the Mercantil Group in 1983 as Vice President, Multinational Division. She subsequently undertook the management and administration of pension funds, holding the position of Trust Manager for the Mercantil Group. She is the Chairperson of the Venezuelan Pension Fund Promoters Association, Director of the International Federation of Pension Fund Administrators, and a Member of FEDECAMARAS. She has earned a Master’s Degree in Finance from the Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas, Venezuela and an Economics Degree from the University of Florida, Gainsville, Florida, USA.
